Pickles Recruitment are on the lookout for a Payroll Administrator to join the team at what we like to call the place to be. If you’re organised, good with numbers, love a busy office buzz and enjoy speaking with people, you’ll fit right in at Pickles. This role is at the heart of the business. You’ll be working closely with clients and temporary staff, making sure timesheets are correct, wages are processed properly and hundreds of temps are paid on time every single week. No two days are the same here, the phones are lively, the kettle works overtime and the office soundtrack is usually somewhere between recruitment chaos and victory speeches.
What you’ll be doing:
- Dealing with clients regarding timesheets
- Calculating hours worked
- Inputting wages and payroll information
- Paying hundreds of temporary staff weekly
- Sending weekly invoices to clients
- Supporting the office with general admin duties
No credit control involved
What we’re looking for:
- Good attention to detail
