Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Late Shift Order Picker to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is a physically demanding role where accuracy, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for picking customer orders using handheld scanners, working at height using warehouse ladders, and handling heavier products safely throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanning equipment.
  • Locate products within the warehouse using picking lists and scanners.
  • Safely lift, carry, and move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Regularly work up and down warehouse ladders to retrieve stock from various storage locations.
  • Pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Carry out stock replenishment when required.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while working to productivity targets.
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe.
  • Follow all warehouse procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time.

  • Previous order picking or warehouse experience.
  • Experience using handheld scanners (RF scanners).
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling throughout the shift.
  • Confident working at height using warehouse ladders.

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed.
