Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the production of high-quality rubber components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery involved in the production of rubber hoses and components
- Preparing and handling raw materials for manufacturing processes
- Assisting with assembly, finishing, and quality checking of products
- Following technical instructions and production schedules
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Adhering to company procedures and Health & Safety regulations
- Supporting the wider production team as required
Hours: Mon to Thurs (phone number removed)pm
Pay: £12.71ph
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
- Experience working with rubber, plastics, or similar materials (advantageous)
