30 Hours a week, Start 5am, 10 hour day, 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). We are currently recruiting for a Food Production Operative to join a busy and growing food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and is looking for long-term employment.
The role involves supporting the production process by loading glass bottles onto a production line and ensuring products are processed efficiently to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities- Loading glass bottles onto the production line
- Monitoring the production process to ensure smooth operation
- Working at speed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Carrying out quality checks on products and packaging
- Packing finished products where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Following all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and company procedures
- Supporting colleagues to ensure daily production targets are achieved
- Previous production, manufacturing, or food production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
