Pickles is rebuilding pet care from the ground up. We run a membership-based practice in Fulham, West London, where no one ever pays a consultation fee, all built on technology we've made ourselves.
Our Customer Experience Hosts are the first people our members meet: in the clinic, on the phone and online. We're looking for someone warm, organised and brilliant with people who wants to be part of something genuinely different.

What you'll do
- Welcome members and their pets, and look after them from check-in to check-out
- Answer calls and online messages from members
- Book and manage appointments so clinics run on time
- Explain the Pickles membership and help new members sign up
- Support the clinical team through the day
- Spot what isn't working for members and help us fix it
What we're looking for
- Customer service experience; hospitality, retail and front-of-house backgrounds all welcome
- Warm, calm and confident with people, including on the tough days
- Organised, reliable and quick to pick up new technology
- A genuine love of pets
- Available for some weekend shifts
- Veterinary experience is a bonus, not a requirement
What we offer
- £14.80 per hour
- Full-time: 9-hour shifts (10 hours including a 1-hour lunch break), with some weekends
