We’re looking for an experienced Buy Now Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team! This is your chance to step into a secure, permanent role based in Salisbury Plains SA (5109), Monday–Friday hours (8:00am–5:00pm).
Responsibilities
- Guide every customer – Understand their preferences, budgets, and needs to match them with the right pre‑owned vehicle from current stock.
- Drive performance – Meet or exceed all sales targets and KPI expectations through consistent, high-quality engagement.
- Stay connected – Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long‑term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Spot opportunities – Use insights and customer interactions to identify ways to generate more enquiries and quality leads.
About You
- Previous sales experience and understanding of the SA state requirements in the automotive industry preferred.
- Demonstrated experience utilising the full potential of CRM in all interactions to increase sales and customer experience; experience with Zoho is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Passion for cars and willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
