OUTCOMES Our client was founded in response to a bold question: What if every donation could be made once, yet continue creating impact indefinitely? They believe this would fundamentally change the world. Their mission is to build long-term financial resilience for the social impact sector by rethinking how charitable funding works. By enabling donations to compound over time, they aim to create a more sustainable and enduring support system for organisations tackling the world’s biggest challenges.
Donations made through their platform are allocated into diversified, long-term stores of value, allowing charitable organisations to benefit from ongoing growth rather than one-time funding. This approach is designed to provide greater financial stability and predictability, helping organisations plan further into the future with confidence. They partner with a range of globally recognised and high-impact organisations, supporting initiatives across humanitarian aid, human rights, and international development.
Requirements Our client is looking for a product growth leader who combines strong product intuition, analytical thinking, and compelling storytelling. This is a role for someone who operates with a founder mindset — taking ownership, moving quickly, and making thoughtful trade-offs in a fast-paced environment. You will own the end-to-end product growth engine: identifying opportunities, testing channels and messaging, shaping narratives, and building scalable growth loops.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in defining what drives sustainable growth and continuously iterating based on real-world performance. This role requires someone who understands that meaningful growth comes from building products and experiences that people genuinely value and want to share. You’ll focus on creating systems that turn users into advocates and drive long-term, compounding engagement.
The company is at an early stage of product-market fit, with ambitions to define a new category within its space. You will help build the foundations of a growth engine that supports long-term, sustainable impact.
- Zero-to-One Growth Engine: Build and scale the company’s inbound growth system from the ground up, spanning product-led growth, brand, content, partnerships, community, and referral mechanisms.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate user insights into product improvements. Help shape features, onboarding, and user journeys to enhance growth and engagement.
- Growth Loop Development: Design and implement scalable growth loops that convert users into advocates and create repeatable acquisition and retention mechanisms.
- Organic Acquisition: Drive consistent inbound interest from target audiences through creative, low-cost strategies including content, partnerships, and community-building.
- Narrative Development: Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and trustworthy messaging that resonates with users and inspires action.
- AI-Enabled Scaling: Utilise modern tools to enhance experimentation, automate workflows, analyse behaviour, and personalise outreach while maintaining a human-centric approach.
- Metrics-Driven Iteration: Track and optimise key growth metrics including conversion, activation, retention, and engagement. Continuously refine strategies based on performance data.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Entrepreneurial Experience: Previous experience building or running a venture, or operating in highly ownership-driven roles, with exposure to end-to-end product or business challenges.
- Strong Product Background: Experience working closely with product teams to build and launch software products, with a clear understanding of user needs and product development cycles.
- 0-to-1 Operator: Proven ability to create traction from scratch — building pipelines, communities, or growth channels without established brand or budget.
- Growth Mindset: Comfortable running rapid experiments, learning from failure, and identifying scalable opportunities through iteration and creativity.
- Strong Communicator: Able to clearly articulate ideas, craft compelling messaging, and engage different audiences across content, conversations, and presentations.
- Mission Alignment: Motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, long-term impact through innovative solutions.
- High-Ownership Execution: Comfortable operating at pace, taking responsibility, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
What Success Looks Like
- First 90 Days: Established early growth experiments, identified key channels, and begun building a repeatable, data-informed growth engine.
- 6 Months: Developed scalable inbound pipelines and early growth loops, with measurable traction across core user segments.
- 12 Months: Contributed to establishing the company as a recognised leader within its category, with sustainable growth systems in place and a clear path to further expansion.
Benefits What You Get
- High-Performing Team: Work alongside driven, collaborative individuals who value ownership, accountability, and high standards.
- Equity Opportunity: A meaningful equity package designed to align long-term incentives and reward impact over time.
- Competitive Compensation: Market-aligned salary with a focus on long-term value creation.
