About the Role

An opportunity is available for an experienced client‑side Project Manager to oversee the rollout and launch of multiple premium wellness sites across London. The successful candidate will lead projects from concept through to operational opening, ensuring exceptional delivery standards across design, construction, stakeholder management, and customer experience.

This role is ideally suited to someone with experience delivering luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, or high‑end customer‑facing environments, where attention to detail, brand standards, and operational excellence are critical. The business is looking for someone highly hands‑on, commercially aware, and confident managing fit‑out projects in fast‑paced live environments.

The successful candidate will act as the lead PM across projects, driving programme delivery, contractor coordination, commercial control, and launch readiness while maintaining a premium customer and brand experience throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of luxury commercial fit‑out and rollout projects across London
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, timelines, and opening schedules to ensure on‑time delivery
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, landlords, suppliers, and operational stakeholders throughout project execution
  • Oversee fit‑out delivery, snagging, handover, and operational launch readiness
  • Manage variation control, cost tracking, procurement coordination, and payment application processes
  • Review drawings, technical details, layouts, and design specifications to ensure quality and operational suitability
  • Ensure projects comply with landlord requirements, statutory approvals, building regulations, CDM, and health & safety standards
  • Maintain clear communication and reporting across internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Support phased openings and projects delivered within live operational environments
  • Drive consistency across multiple site launches through repeatable rollout processes and operational playbooks

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading luxury or premium commercial fit‑out projects end‑to‑end
  • Strong client‑side project management experience with ownership of delivery, programme, budget, and contractor coordination
  • Experience within luxury retail, wellness, hospitality, leisure, or premium customer‑facing environments
  • Strong understanding of commercial fit‑out delivery, including snagging, handover, and operational readiness
  • Experience managing projects within approximately £250k‑£1m fit‑out budgets
  • Experience working with JCT or similar contract structures
  • Strong knowledge of variation management, procurement, tendering, and payment processes
  • Experience coordinating with landlords, consultants, building management teams, and statutory bodies
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and aggressive delivery timelines
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Strong technical understanding of drawings, detailing, and fit‑out coordination
  • Comfortable travelling regularly to London sites

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with luxury, premium, or design‑led brands
  • Architectural, interior architecture, or design‑related training/background advantageous
  • Experience delivering flagship locations, phased refurbishments, or multi‑site rollout programmes preferred
  • Experience operating within live trading/customer‑facing environments highly desirable
