The distinctive requirement here is the combination of two capabilities that most candidates only have one of: AIânative content production at a high standard, and a strong storytelling instinct to match the right copy and tone to each piece of content.
Responsibilities

- Write platformânative copyâ not repurposed, resized, or adapted content

- AIâOrchestrated Content Production
- Take briefs from datasets, insights, or research and turn them into fully produced, platformâready assets
- Produce content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and inâplatform surfaces

- Onâstreet interviews

- Donor or partner storytelling
- Occasional sitâdown interviews
- Balance authenticity with intentional storytelling
- Combine original footage with AIâgenerated content where appropriate
- Content Operations
- Own and maintain the content calendar across audiences and channels
- Manage asset libraries, versioning, and workflows
- Coordinate external contributors when required
- Repurpose content intelligently across formats and platforms
- Internal Platform Content
- Produce content that lives inside the product experience
- Create campaign assets and donor journey content
- Maintain consistency between external and internal experiences
Essential
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range
- AIâgenerated visuals, video, and written content
- Platformânative content examples
- Handsâon fluency with AI content tools (not just experimentation)
- Strong copywriting instinct
- Selfâdirected and organised workflow management
- Cultural sensitivity and curiosity about global communities
Desirable
- Experience with purposeâdriven or communityâfocused brands
- Understanding of organic growth and distribution
- Familiarity with content analytics and performance metrics

- AIâorchestrated content created from data or research insight
- Highâperforming content examples
- Experience creating content for culturally nuanced audiences
- Independently managed content calendars or workflows
- Automation or orchestration workflows across tools and channels
What This Role Isn't
- Not a content strategyâonly role
- Not a traditional photography or videography role
- Not a role requiring heavy creative direction
