Our client was founded on a radical idea: what if every donation could be made once and last forever? They are building a new kind of financial infrastructure for charitable giving — one designed to create long-term sustainability rather than one-off impact. By investing donations into sound, appreciating assets, they aim to provide charities with enduring financial support and a path to lasting security. The organisation works with some of the world’s most trusted global charities and institutions, helping to reimagine how funding flows through the non-profit ecosystem.
The founder thinks in decades, not quarters. After building and exiting successful ventures, he stepped away from the conventional path to focus on a more fundamental question: how to build systems that create a better future for the next generation. He operates from first principles and expects the same from those around him. Clarity of thought, intellectual honesty, and a strong bias to action matter more than titles or process. He moves quickly, challenges assumptions, and values people who take real ownership — those who think like builders, not passengers. At the core is a belief in long-term thinking, individual freedom, and systems that empower rather than extract.
Mission
To ensure the business operates with clarity, speed, and discipline across every function.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational layer end-to-end — translating founder priorities into structured execution, maintaining visibility across all workstreams, removing blockers before they surface, and building the systems that allow the company to scale.
- This is a highly cross-functional role spanning product, partnerships, compliance, finance, and people.
- You will act as the operational nerve centre of the business, working directly with the founder to ensure the right things happen in the right order — with nothing falling through the cracks.
- We are looking for a rare operator: someone who brings rigour without bureaucracy, thrives in ambiguity, and can seamlessly context-switch across domains in a single day.
Requirements / What Good Looks Like
- Business Operations Ownership - Own day-to-day operations across the business. Maintain real-time visibility across priorities, ensure execution momentum, and operationalise decisions quickly.
- People Operations & HR - Manage all people operations, including employment relations, performance coordination, and policy discipline. Build the infrastructure required for a scaling team.
- Product & Delivery Operations - Own the operational layer supporting product and engineering. Coordinate launches, partnerships, and ensure readiness across all product-adjacent workstreams.
- Sales Ops & Revenue Coordination - Support the operational side of growth. Improve coordination across teams and ensure opportunities are followed through from first contact to execution.
- Legal & Compliance Implementation - Translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical operations. Identify and manage risk proactively, and ensure the business maintains a strong compliance posture.
- External Governance Coordination - Manage operational alignment with third-party governance structures and reporting requirements, ensuring clean processes and handoffs.
- Finance & Accounting Coordination - Maintain visibility over budgets, spend, and financial dependencies. Ensure smooth coordination with finance functions.
- AI, Automation & Operational Leverage - Embed AI and automation into workflows to improve speed and efficiency. Identify inefficiencies, build solutions, and continuously raise the operational baseline.
The Ideal Candidate

- Cross-Functional by Default - Comfortable operating across product, legal, finance, growth, and people simultaneously.
- Execution-First Mindset - Bias toward action. Builds plans, drives outcomes, and closes loops independently.
- Calm Under Pressure - Maintains clarity in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. Handles complexity with sound judgement.
- Team Leadership - Experience managing teams, driving accountability, and navigating performance conversations.
- AI & Systems Fluent - Comfortable leveraging AI tools and building systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
