About Our Client

Our client builds financial infrastructure for purpose‑driven giving. Their platform has facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars across hundreds of organisations globally, connecting donors with causes that matter to them, at moments that matter most. The suite of products serves a growing global community of donors and the charities they support. The infrastructure is world‑class. The creative output hasn’t kept pace. This role exists to change that.

The Role

This is a hands‑on production role for someone who makes things, not someone who plans what other people make. You’ll own the creative output across organic and owned channels: concepting, producing, writing, and publishing content that reflects both the quality of the platform and the significance of the mission. The distinctive requirement here is the combination of two capabilities most candidates only have one of: AI‑native content production at a high standard; strong storytelling instinct to match the right copy and tone to each piece of content. Data becomes a visual. A research insight becomes a piece of content. A campaign moment becomes something people stop scrolling for.

Requirements

  • Responsibilities – Storytelling & Audience‑Native Copywriting
    • Write platform‑native copy — not repurposed, resized, or adapted content
    • Translate data, behavioural insight, and research into compelling narratives
    • Adapt voice across contexts: campaign urgency, community warmth, institutional trust, seasonal emotional weight
    • Create content for both reach (new audiences) and depth (existing community)
    • Understand audience behaviour and produce content accordingly
  • Responsibilities – AI‑Orchestrated Content Production
    • Take briefs from datasets, insights, or research and turn them into fully produced, platform‑ready assets
    • Produce content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and in‑platform surfaces
    • Use AI‑native tools for production and editing (video, imagery, voiceover, scripting, design, etc.)
    • Understand how each platform consumes content differently
    • Stay current with evolving AI tooling and workflows
  • Responsibilities – Original Footage & Field Content
    • Produce authentic, low‑production content when needed
    • On‑street interviews
    • UGC‑style content
    • Donor or partner storytelling
    • Occasional sit‑down interviews
    • Balance authenticity with intentional storytelling; combine original footage with AI‑generated content where appropriate
  • Responsibilities – Content Operations
    • Own and maintain the content calendar across audiences and channels
    • Manage asset libraries, versioning, and workflows
    • Coordinate external contributors when required
    • Repurpose content intelligently across formats and platforms
  • Responsibilities – Internal Platform Content
    • Produce content that lives inside the product experience
    • Create campaign assets and donor journey content
    • Maintain consistency between external and internal experiences

What We’re Looking For – Essential

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range
  • AI‑generated visuals, video, and written content
  • Platform‑native content examples
  • Hands‑on fluency with AI content tools (not just experimentation)
  • Strong copywriting instinct
  • Self‑directed and organised workflow management
  • Cultural sensitivity and curiosity about global communities

Desirable

  • Experience with purpose‑driven or community‑focused brands
  • Understanding of organic growth and distribution
  • Familiarity with content analytics and performance metrics
  • Motion graphics or animation capability

Bonus Points

  • AI‑orchestrated content created from data or research insight
  • High‑performing content examples
  • Experience creating content for culturally nuanced audiences
  • Independently managed content calendars or workflows
  • Automation or orchestration workflows across tools and channels

What This Role Isn’t

  • Not a content strategy‑only role
  • Not a traditional photography or videography role
  • Not a role requiring heavy creative direction

Benefits

Remote‑first role based in the UK with the occasional requirement to meet up in person. Competitive benefits.

How to Apply

Personal projects are welcome. AI‑generated work is encouraged. Please share your portfolio and a short note (not a cover letter) about a piece of content you’re genuinely proud of.
