We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Controller. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering a collaborative work environment.
Job Purpose: Warehouse control of day to day functions and routines within the designated department. Record and control of documentation and files.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To administer all Warehouse Documents and ensure all consignments are photographed on arrival into the warehouse as per the company’s Storage Standards.
- Update computer system on a day to day basis as necessary.
- Customer liaison and communication link between the company and our clients including internal relationships.
- To ensure that all clients are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.
- To ensure that all consignments received in and handed out are quality checked and meet the company’s Storage Standards.
- To assist in the operational department when required.
- To communicate with the Operations Team / RQM.
- To operate forklift trucks and crane equipment.
- Warehouse and road crew duties as required.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE
- Qualified Forklift truck operator.
