Pickfords are the UK’s number one Mover and the summer is our peak period - and we’re looking for help in the following locations: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Catterick, Leeds, York, Manchester, Sheffield, Bromborough, Nottingham, Tamworth, Telford, Northampton, Gloucester, Cardiff, Exeter, Truro, Poole, Basingstoke, Horsham, Maidstone, Colchester, Norwich, Cambridge, Wembley, Watford, Aylesbury, Abingdon, Shorncliffe, Feltham, Tidworth.

If you thrive on a physical challenge, enjoy the variety of working in different locations and can be flexible, then this could be for you and your friends. You’ll be working with our experienced teams, packing, loading, unloading and unpacking our customers' goods on home and business moves. It’s hard work, and it can be challenging. But it’s rewarding, and no two days are the same!

A driving licence is preferable, but not essential. In return, we are offering:

  • A fixed 10 week minimum 20 hours per week contract over the summer period (July, August)
  • Minimum wage payable, enhanced to time plus half for Sunday work.
  • We provide you with full workwear.
