Pickfords is looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for customer service to join our dynamic Government Contracts team as a Move Manager. You should demonstrate strong organisational skills, adaptability, and an ability to collaborate effectively as a team player to thrive in various situations.
Your role will involve overseeing and managing the movement of personal effects worldwide, with a strong focus on customer service and delivering to quality standards. You will be responsible for providing advice and information to our corporate customers, as well as maintaining continuous communication with all parties throughout the move. You will need to record and track move progress using our operating system, whilst ensuring that all internal departments and partner agents are adhering to customer expectations and contract KPIβs.
With a proactive and flexible approach, you should be approachable and motivated to consistently deliver excellent results.
Key responsibilities:
- Take charge of complete door-to-door services for each posting, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with KPIs and contractual requirements, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate closely with our extensive agent network and internal departments to meet operational needs seamlessly.
- Manage financial and operational processes efficiently through our cutting-edge operational system, Navision.
- Handle financial aspects of each file according to contracted rates and specifications, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Collect valuable customer feedback to continuously improve our services and exceed expectations.
