JOB PURPOSE: Baggage warehouse control of day to day functions and routines within the designated department. Record and control of documentation and files.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To administer all operational paperwork, file and control of necessary documents.
- Update company database and/or computer system on a day to day basis as necessary.
- Customer liaison and communication link between the company and our clients including internal relationships.
- To ensure that all clients are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.
- To complete all reports and distribute accordingly.
- To assist in the operational department when required.
- Varied administrative duties when required.
- To communicate with the Warehouse Supervisors.
- To operate forklift trucks and crane equipment.
- Warehouse and road crew duties as required.
