Pickfords are looking for a dynamic Move Manager who is passionate about customer service and who has a proven track record of taking ownership and going the extra mile to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- JOB PURPOSE: You will be responsible for providing advice and information to our corporate customers.
- You will have a high regard for customer service and quality standards and you will closely monitor the tracking of consignments worldwide via our centralised system, whilst ensuring that all internal departments, sister companies and agents are adhering to customer expectations
- Manage the shipment of individual client’s goods on behalf of our corporate accounts.
- Move Manage complete door to door services for each posting.
- Provide complete customer service and officer contact in line with KPI’s and contract requirement.
- Liaise with agent network and internal departments for operational requirements.
- Manage financial and operational process file through our operational system – Navision.
- Manage financials of each file in line with contracted rates and specification.
- Issue and collection of PMR from officer at end of move.
- Any additional admin duties where time permits and as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- First class communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Adaptable to the various tasks required and a team player.
- A proactive and optimistic attitude.
- Consultative Skills – understanding customer requirements and competitive environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
- Organised, Proactive, Approachable, and Motivated.
