Location: Gloucester
Take full ownership of our Domestic product across the Group, driving profitable revenue growth while protecting brand reputation and service quality. As Group Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire the Group Sales and Customer Service teams to achieve revenue, margin and contribution targets, while ensuring a consistently high customer experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategy through effective business development, account management and day-to-day sales leadership. With moving being a significant and often daunting experience for customers, your customer-centric and consultative approach will ensure confidence, trust and long-term loyalty.
Your responsibilities:
- Own Group revenue, margin and contribution performance
- Lead, motivate and develop Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver KPIs
- Drive sales performance, conversions and margins through strong performance management
- Oversee all Group Sales Centres and day-to-day sales operations
- Grow and manage local and national accounts
- Recruit, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Produce trading reports, forecasts and performance reviews
- Ensure excellent customer service, complaint resolution and claims control
- Maintain compliance across cash management, debt, Health & Safety, ISO and BAR standards
