As a Corporate and Commercial Property Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our solicitors on a broad range of commercial and commercial property matters.

You will gain hands‑on experience working with customers across a variety of sectors while contributing to the efficient delivery of legal services.

Key Responsibilities As a Corporate and Commercial Property Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our solicitors on a broad range of commercial and commercial property matters.

You will gain hands‑on experience working with customers across a variety of sectors while contributing to the efficient delivery of legal services.

Key Responsibilities Providing project management and admin support to solicitors and trainee solicitors Drafting and reviewing ancillary documents Creating and looking after data rooms to manage due diligence Ordering and reviewing searches Creating completion packs Supporting compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.

Companies House and Land Registry Filing About You The successful candidate will have: A Law degree, Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), or equivalent legal qualification.

Completion of the LPC or SQE studies is desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication skills, and organisational skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.

A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
