We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our South Region.
Reporting to the Managing Director and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the operational performance, profitability and strategic development of a multi-site regional business.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused leader with proven experience of managing geographically dispersed operations, developing high-performing teams and delivering sustainable business growth.
About The Role

- Lead and support a network of depots across the South Region.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and operational performance.
- Develop and coach Depot Managers to achieve exceptional results.
- Champion customer service, safety and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

- Strong commercial and financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
