As a Modular Specialist within our Teesside depot team, you will play a key role in the construction and assembly of modular buildings. Working from CAD drawings, you will build modular structures and install internal fixtures and fittings, including doors, windows, partitions, kitchens and sanitary ware, ensuring all work meets customer requirements and quality standards. This role involves a mix of depot-based work and on-site installation, which will require regular travel and occasional overnight stays.

- Hourly rate: £16.05
- Working hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
- Overtime paid at 1.5x the basic hourly rate
- Based at our Teesside depot, with regular work on customer sites

Who You Are
- Proven experience across a range of industrial trades, such as joinery, plumbing and electrics
- Demonstrable experience in the construction, maintenance and modification of modular or portable buildings
- Reliable, safety-conscious and quality-focused
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while meeting deadlines
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically capable of handling large modular components
