The Role
Driving one of our service vans, you will be travelling to customer sites across the West Midlands to carry out generator repairs and maintenance, as well as plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs on our accommodation units. When not attending customer sites, you’ll undertake regular maintenance and servicing of our generator fleet and support the depot’s operational team with maintenance of our buildings and their preparation for delivery.
About You
You’ll be a time-served or qualified generator engineer, with practical experience of maintaining and servicing generators up to 117 KVa and ideally also have practical experience of industrial trades such as joinery, plumbing and electrics. As you will be attending customers’ sites, you will be expected to conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and provide excellent customer service. You must also have a full UK driving licence. Our work is physically demanding and takes place outdoors, so you should be prepared to be exposed to extremes of weather.
