We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join Pickas Unified Media Limited.
The successful candidate will support branding, digital marketing, multimedia production, and visual storytelling projects across multiple digital platforms.
Role Summary
The Graphic & Multimedia Designer will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content across a wide range of media formats.
Working closely with the marketing, strategy, and web development teams, the successful candidate will ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and the unique identity of each client we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Design & Production
- Conceptualise and produce original graphic designs for digital campaigns, social media platforms, websites, email marketing, presentations, and print collateral
- Develop multimedia assets including motion graphics, short-form video content, animated banners, and interactive visual elements
- Create and maintain brand identity systems, including logos, typography suites, colour palettes, and visual guidelines for client brands
- Design layouts and visual compositions for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, reports, infographics, and promotional items
- Produce high-quality visual assets optimised for various screen resolutions, platforms, and formats
- Digital & Social Media Content
- Collaborate with the marketing strategy team to translate campaign briefs into visually compelling creative executions
- Support the development of digital advertising creatives, including display ads, paid social assets, and video thumbnails
- Ensure all digital designs are optimised for performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility
- Multimedia & Video Production
- Edit and produce short video content, promotional reels, explainer animations, and motion graphic sequences
- Create animated presentations, slide decks, and visual storytelling content for client pitches and campaigns
- Support the production of multimedia content for web, streaming platforms, and event displays
- Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with copywriters, strategists, developers, and account managers to ensure creative output meets brief requirements and deadlines
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh, creative ideas and innovative design concepts
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects, prioritising workload effectively to meet delivery timelines
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining design integrity and quality standards
- Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to client brand guidelines and Pickas Unified Media’s quality standards
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all design files prior to delivery or publication
- Maintain an organised digital asset library, ensuring version control and accessibility of all project files
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years professional experience in a graphic or multimedia design role, preferably within a marketing agency or creative studio environment
- Strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating proficiency across branding, digital design, and multimedia production
- Proven experience designing for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns
- Demonstrable experience with motion graphics or video editing as part of a professional design workflow
Desirable
- Experience working within a branding or digital marketing agency serving multiple clients simultaneously
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and emerging creative technologies
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and web-ready asset creation
- Familiarity with print production processes and preparing print-ready artwork files
- Technical Skills & Proficiencies

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, and After Effects
- Proficient in Figma or equivalent UI/UX collaborative design tools
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing platforms
