What will the role involve?
- Leadership: Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.
- Planning and Assessment: Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
- Teaching Excellence: Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.

- Full and relevant level 3 qualification (Essential)
- An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
