Project Management Degree Apprentice Our Opportunity Are you looking to be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering outstanding places and spaces that create lasting value for clients and communities for generations to come? If you have an interest in construction and engineering and an ambition to progress onto higher education, join us for an apprenticeship in our Project Management team, starting in August/September 2025. Your enthusiastic and proactive nature will enable you to support the team by liaising with clients, project stakeholders and assisting the team in preparing and issuing reports, with full support from the team around you. We deliver inspiring and efficient projects in various sectors. You can expect to become involved in a range of exciting central midlands schemes, developing projects in the public sector with central government clients. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain broad experience of a multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy. You will attend a local University on a day release basis to study, as well as benefit from the coaching and guidance of our experienced Project Management team. We encourage progression onto higher education up to and including degree level. Find out what it is like to start your career with us here: Early careers – Pick Everard About You Our ideal Project Management Apprentice will have: An interest in construction and engineering Motivation to progress onto higher education GCSE grade C or level 4 English 3 A Levels or NVQ Level 3 or Level 3 BTEC in an associated subject OR a relevant HND or HNC in a construction related subject It would be nice for you to have: A good eye for detail A willingness to attend site inspections on occasion under the supervision of an engineer Ability to work well in a team Enthusiasm, a proactive work ethic and willingness to take on responsibility.
