We’re on the lookout for a dynamic People & Culture Business Partner to join our team at Pick Everard, with the flexibility to be based in our Leicester, Nottingham, or London office.

Are you excited by the challenge of supporting a growing, evolving organisation? Do you believe great businesses are built through great people strategies? Are you ready to shape culture, not just support it? If you answered yes to the above questions, we want to hear from you!

As a People & Culture Business Partner at Pick Everard, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our future. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams across our UK offices to align people strategy with business goals, driving engagement, performance and an outstanding employee experience. Supporting our continued UK growth, you’ll help build high-performing teams, develop best-practice policies and collaborate on group-wide initiatives with our Artelia Group parent company. Above all, you’ll play a key role in strengthening an inclusive culture and ensuring Pick Everard remains a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and key link between your business unit and the People & Culture team.
  • Shape and deliver business unit people plans aligned to the national strategy, driving performance, growth, and our goal to be an employer of choice.
  • Lead initiatives across employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and talent management to foster a high-performing, values-driven culture.
  • Identify and develop high performers and future leaders, supporting career growth and succession planning.
  • Deliver people and culture projects, share best practice, and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Champion Pick Everard’s values and culture, driving manager capability and a consistent, exceptional employee experience.
  • Focus on strategic initiatives rather than day-to-day operational tasks, driving long-term impact across the business.

This role offers hybrid working, with three days in the office and the flexibility to work remotely, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
