Ensure high-quality technical delivery of projects and tasks, including design, calculations, and drawing support. Undertake building surveys and provide appraisals with recommendations for remedial solutions. Manage small project fees and resources to ensure commercial success. Act as point of contact for client and contractor queries. Minimise health and safety risks and promote Pick Everard staff competencies. Collaborate with project teams and mentor junior engineers. Integrate sustainable engineering practices into projects and commit to ongoing professional development. Life at PickEverard - Pick EverardAbout YouOur ideal Structural Engineer must have: Minimum BSc/BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering; Strong technical problem-solving, risk management, and knowledge of UK design standards, codes, and construction methods. Experienced with structural analysis, design, 3D modelling, and software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
