This role is to join our dynamic team based in our vibrant, centrally located Glasgow office. You will be delivering exceptional technical and commercial solutions to a range of clients across the private and public sector; including education, custodial, defence, healthcare, leisure, data and commercial. The successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of UK security clearance in order to work on certain projects. Delivering portfolios of work across both the private and public sector. Preparing designs, feasibility studies, reports, and contract documents. Carrying out building analysis. Liaising directly with Clients and Contractors. Ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time. Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and graduate trainees. UK Building Regulations. Familiarity with electrical and lighting design software's such as Hevacomp/Amtech/Dialux. Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements. Fire alarm and emergency lighting design experience.
