  • Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in
  • Plymouth ,

MA . A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management.
  • Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
  • Snow removal.
  • Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed.
  • Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Background and drug screening required
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm with rotating on-call
