IT Support Analyst (1st & 2nd Line) – On‑Site, West London
Location: Between Isleworth & Hounslow (On‑site)

Role Purpose
Join a collaborative team delivering essential 1st and 2nd line technical support to finance professionals within a busy shared services centre. You’ll be the go‑to person for troubleshooting, device management, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands‑on, on‑site position where your technical expertise and people skills will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality technical support to finance teams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Build, configure, and manage laptops, PCs (Windows & Macs), and other user devices
- Install and support desktop applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP clients)
- Log and escalat e support requests using a Service Management tool
- Collaborate with central IT teams on escalated issues
- Maintain technical equipment, including video conferencing systems and printers
- Share knowledge and support colleagues through training, inductions, and walkthroughs
- Manage user access (e.g., Active Directory) and request hardware procurement as needed
- Record and maintain technical assets and IT records
- Promote security and technical best practices in the office
- Troubleshoot telecoms and mobile device issues
