- We are looking for an
Investment Operations Reporting Analyst to play a key role in delivering high-quality investment reporting, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders across Investments, IT, and Finance to enhance systems, processes, and technology.

Specific accountabilities assigned to the role of Investment Operations Reporting Analyst within the Investment Operations Function:
- Act as the team champion for Aladdin, supporting the team through the transition journey as part of the wider data change programme, ensuring Aladdin-enabled reporting is understood, adopted, automated and elevated to deliver more efficient, controlled and insightful reporting outcomes.
- Use Aladdin, including Aladdin Explore and related dashboard outputs, to support reporting, analysis and controlled production of investment reporting packs.
- Understand and support workflows into Aladdin reporting dashboards, identifying data dependencies, controls and process improvement opportunities.
- Provide support to PIC’s Investment team by preparing and reviewing internal reporting to the Investment Team and wider audiences, including various internal committees, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Oversee the NAV sign-off process and any subsequent queries. Prepare and check month-end accounting reconciliations.
- Support the production of IBOR data through product knowledge, validation of data inputs and outputs, exception investigation and collaboration with relevant teams.
- Preparation of daily Exposure and Spread reporting for the Investment team daily.
- Preparation of daily asset P&L attribution and derivative valuations analysis for the Investment team.
- Traded Risk monitoring, including DV01 and PV01.
- Preparation of Liquidity and Collateral reporting on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure risk metrics are monitored.
- Run in-house pricing and valuation models for non-benchmark credit and ERM assets.
- Prepare and review Equity Release Mortgages trade lifecycle events, including new and redeemed transactions and liquidity management.
- Manage team queries and ensure appropriate, high-quality responses are provided in a timely manner.
- Provide valuation expertise across complex private assets and derivatives, using knowledge of underlying valuation methodologies and assumptions to validate outputs, investigate anomalies and constructively challenge assumptions where required.

Requirements
- Knowledge
- Good working knowledge of Aladdin, including Aladdin Explore, dashboard-driven reporting and workflows into Aladdin reporting dashboards.
- Strong technical knowledge of Fixed Income and Derivatives.
- Understanding of risk-metrics and sensitivities Duration, Spread, PV01 and IE01.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA and Pivot Tables; the reporting tools are macro driven and require the technical skills to troubleshoot and build upon existing code.
Python desirable.
- Product knowledge to support the production of IBOR data, including validation of data inputs and outputs and the operation of valuation models.
