We are seeking a dynamic professional to support the Business Process Improvement team in delivering key projects that enhance operational effectiveness across the company. You will play a vital role in supporting the Business Process Improvement Analysts in building a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams streamline workflows, optimise efficiency, and unlock new possibilities through data-driven insights.
What You\’ll Do
- Project Governance & Performance Monitoring β Ensure process improvement projects align with company objectives, follow best practices, and meet measurable KPIs.
- Process Optimisation β Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to drive operational excellence.
- Data Analysis & Reporting β Utilise insights to assess process effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
- Risk Management β Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coaching & Support β Guide business representatives and analysts in process analysis and improvement methodologies.
