Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full delivery lifecycle of assigned projects.
- Interact with key stakeholders ensuring the business expectations are managed effectively.
- Provide regular update and status reporting to the PMO according to project and change function requirements.
- Lead the development of the project objectives, required target model and deliverables at completion and log, co-ordinate and escalate any risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain appropriately detailed plans, drawing out key milestones, decision and delivery points and resource requirements.
- Managing both internal and external resource within a multi work stream environment.
Proven experience of managing complex projects in a Financial Services environment, ideally insurance or adjacent with knowledge of the regulator (PRA and FCA).
Technical
- Good working knowledge and fluency in the investments business domain.
- Good technical knowledge in the project delivery ideally in the front office but will consider middle office experience.
- Knowledge of the asset management side of insurance.
- Established knowledge of the investment and front office operating models.
- Experience of delivering change.
- Recognised qualifications in project management ideally with knowledge of Liability Driven Investments (LDI) and Fixed Income investments.

- Advanced knowledge of Stakeholder and Sponsor engagement.
- Commercial judgement.
- Ability to persuade and influence both directly and indirectly.
- Ability to manage people and other resources effectively.
