PIB Insurance Brokers, part of PIB Group, a leading international insurance intermediary platform, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Property & Construction team, working closely with an Account Director to manage a portfolio of Property Owners/Real Estate clients.
About the role:
You'll be the trusted advisor for a defined client portfolio, assessing client needs, arranging tailored insurance and risk management solutions, and securing competitive, suitable cover. You'll support business growth and retention, handle day-to-day broking tasks (queries, renewals, adjustments, insurer surveys), and ensure everything is delivered to a high compliance standard.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within Property Owners/Real Estate insurance
- Good understanding of Property Owners insurance and FCA compliance requirements
- Confident MS Office user (Acturis or similar platform experience a plus)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to meet SLAs and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cert CII (or working towards) desirable
