What you'll be doing:
- Responding to customer support calls and emails
- Supporting the Account Managers with tasks and projects
- Remote customer training and system implementation
- Month-end reporting
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, with a genuine customer-focused approach
- Technically competent - confident with core software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
