- Promoting core construction training solutions (e.g. SSSTS/SMSTS, first aid, IOSH, NVQs) and linked services.
- Creating and delivering proposals and presentations to decision‑makers and influencers.
- Maintaining high and appropriate levels of activity to build pipelines, and being prepared to see clients face to face as part of the process.

- Proven B2B sales experience (5+ years), ideally within training, professional services or related sectors.
- Strong new‑business and account‑management track record, with evidence of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of the construction sector - typical contractor structures, site operations and key H&S/compliance drivers.
- Confident, consultative sales style, able to lead needs‑analysis conversations and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites and PIB offices.
Desirable Experience And Knowledge
- Working knowledge of core construction training (e.g. SSSTS/SMSTS, first aid, IOSH, NVQs) - or the ability to learn quickly.
- Understanding of CITB funding/grants and how they can support client training plans.
- Experience supporting or selling training linked to accreditations and schemes (CHAS, SMAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor, etc.).
- Familiarity with NVQ structures and competency‑based qualifications in construction.
- Clear evidence of having owned and achieved a personal sales target through proactive outbound activity.
