We’re excited to be hiring an Account Executive (Desk Bound) into our team! Whether you have a background in excellent customer service and looking for a new opportunity, or an experienced Service Advisor from a dealership ready to take your industry knowledge to another level, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:- Supporting Account Managers with administration, reporting and creating training materials
- Providing remote training on Cooper Solutions products and help resolve customer support issues
- Developing your understanding of our products, the automotive retail sector and account management strategy
