PIB Underwriting & Distribution is a leading MGA within the PIB Group, specialising in delivering innovative insurance solutions across the UK. We are committed to excellence, growth, and the professional development of our people. We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our team, reporting into our Gloucester Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for learning and development, who has progressed into this role from being a proven trainer and is ready to make a significant impact across the Schemes & Affinities area of the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver a clear Learning and Development strategy and operating model, aligned to the Divisional strategy, goals and objectives.
  • Coach, develop and inspire a team of Divisional operational trainers, across various sites, to continually evolve their skills, competence and delivery.
  • Ensure the team effectively plan, develop and deliver engaging and innovative learning across the Division.
  • Audit and evaluate training delivery, to provide on-going learning and development for your team.
  • Work closely with Head of Transformation and Head of Service Improvement to consider internal and external feedback, to proactively identify training requirements and opportunities for improvement, across regulatory compliance and service delivery.
  • Support key transformational projects and change activity, to ensure any new technology or processes are seamlessly embedded, driving acceptance, continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Identify and report on KPIs which will enable you to continually measure the effectiveness of training, evolve standards and improve value.
  • Ensure mandatory learning is embraced, to embed the key behaviours and competencies required to deliver good customer outcomes and strong commercial performance.
  • Review, improve and ensure consistency of Training Needs Analysis methods and documentation, training material and feedback mechanisms across U&D.
  • Present regular updates at Brand and Senior Leadership meetings to demonstrate a path to excellence.
