Senior Employee Benefits Coordinator – Group Risk (with Healthcare exposure)

UK wide | Hybrid | Full Time | Permanent

Join a team where your experience genuinely makes a difference. We're looking for a Senior Employee Benefits Coordinator with strong Group Risk expertise to support a portfolio of valued clients, while helping to mentor and develop colleagues around you.

This is a people-first role,for clients who rely on clear answers and dependable service, for providers you'll build lasting relationships with, and for colleagues you'll help grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day support and delivery for an allocated portfolio of Group Risk clients, including renewals and general requirements

  • Supporting Consultants with scheme renewals and rate reviews across Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, and Group Critical Illness (with some exposure to Healthcare products)

  • Building genuine, lasting relationships with Group Risk clients and providers

  • Handling day-to-day client queries — including the complex or unusual ones, with confidence, and taking ownership of claims where appropriate

  • Mentoring and training colleagues, and acting as a technical go-to for Group Risk within the team

What You'll Bring

  • Solid, proven experience in the Employee Benefits industry, with strong Group Risk experience, ideally in a similar senior-level role

  • Strong technical knowledge of core Group Risk products (Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness), with a good grasp of the wider Healthcare and Employee Benefits market

  • A solid understanding of FCA compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills

  • A natural eye for detail and a genuine interest in supporting and developing others

Cert CII qualified or working towards it (including GR1 and IF7) is desirable but not essential, we're just as interested in your experience and your approach.
