Our team of experienced legal professionals specialise in resolving disputes between landlord and their tenants and providing innovative and affordable legal services.You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients ensuring they receive a market leading service with the customer at the heart of everything you do. You will be helping landlords and their letting agents obtain possession of their rental properties and recover any money outstanding from their tenants.**What you’ll be doing:*** Draft and serve possession notices on tenants renting in England and Wales.* Draft claim forms and particulars of claim for possession and debt matters.
