Join our Commercial Enterprise Unit as our new Operational Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping market-leading training programmes. Working alongside our Operations Manager, you'll design, build and deliver training that empowers our teams to provide consistently high-quality service and expert technical advice to clients. Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and record product, system, process, regulatory and technical training, ensuring quality and compliance with PIB Group standards.
- Lead new joiner induction and partner with managers to identify competency gaps, set development plans and define "what good looks like."
- Act as a role model for Learning and Development by analysing needs, delivering effective learning, and driving improvements in efficiency, quality and performance.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience within Commercial Insurance, use of Acturis and knowledge of FCA requirements is essential for this role.
- Proven ability to plan and implement high quality and effective training plans/programs.
- A naturally charismatic, driven team player who is passionate about their role, strives for continuous improvement and embraces change.
