What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Account Managers with administration, reporting and creating training materials.
- Providing remote training on Cooper Solutions products and helping resolve customer support issues.
- Developing your understanding of our products, the automotive retail sector and account management strategy.

- Excellent customer service experience and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong communicator who is customer‑focused, a team player, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Organised, able to multi‑task and keen to learn new systems and concepts.
