DSEAR Assessor
PIB Risk Management | Field-Based | South of England
Join PIB Risk Management, the specialist risk and health & safety consultancy arm of PIB Group, as a DSEAR Assessor. Working across the South of England, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients by delivering DSEAR assessments, hazardous area inspections, and practical risk management solutions to help ensure compliance and improve workplace safety.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct DSEAR risk assessments and hazardous area surveys at client sites
- Identify fire, explosion, and flammable substance risks and provide practical recommendations
- Produce high-quality technical reports and risk management documentation
- Support clients with compliance against DSEAR and related legislation
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to support wider risk management services
- Travel across the South of England with occasional overnight stays
What we’re looking for:
- Experience undertaking DSEAR assessments, hazardous area inspections, or process safety-related work
- Strong understanding of DSEAR regulations and hazardous substances
- Relevant technical qualification in a scientific, engineering, health & safety, or related discipline
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to clients
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
