Whether you’re ready for your next step in compliance or you’re an experienced specialist looking to join a dynamic, growing organisation, this role gives you real influence over how we do business and treat our customers. You’ll sit at the heart of our insurance operations, helping the business navigate FCA requirements while keeping customer outcomes, good conduct and commercial reality in balance.

    • Help ensure the business operates in line with Group policies, procedures and our risk appetite.
  • Working with second line
    • Support the implementation of advice, findings and guidance from the second line of defence (2LoD).
    • Help translate 2LoD feedback into practical actions and improved processes in the first line.

About you

  • Organised and self‐motivated - able to manage your workload, meet deadlines and follow issues through to resolution.
  • Qualifications such as ICA, CII or a law degree are an advantage, but not essential if you have the right experience and mindset.
