The Role:  Learning and Development Co-ordinatorThe purpose of this role is to contribute to the development and delivery of the Group L&D Strategy thus empowering our colleagues to drive their own career development. The Learning Co-ordinator will provide administrative support to the Group L&D function as well as being a critical contributor in delivering a successful L&D offering to the Group.    Key Responsibilities: Support with day-to-day management and oversight of Workday Learning, supporting employees and managers to fully utilise Workday’s self-service functionality, working in partnership with the ‘Workday Team’. Support the team in optimising Workday Learning as well as delivering full enablement of Workday Learning to our International People teams as and when required. Provide first line support for all L&D related queries across PIB Group.  Ensuring swift query resolution and proactive communications with colleagues at all times. Provide an efficient transactional L&D service for course administration that isn’t available via Workday.  Coordinate logistics for ‘in person’ sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, materials preparation and refreshments.
