Guest Krieger Ltd is a long-established, independent, specialist Lloyd’s insurance broker dedicated to getting the best solutions for its clients.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented experienced Insurance Technician to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with knowledge of multi-layer policies and experienced in slip and endorsement production. This role would be suitable for someone looking for more accountability in their job by seeing a policy from quote through to issuance of documents.
What You’ll Do
Prepare slips, endorsements, and tax schedules using Brokasure Enterprise and TMF systems
Respond to client, insurer, and third-party enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Process and track documents on the PPL system
Produce evidence of cover, contract amendments, invoices, and premium adjustments
Ensure contract certainty and compliance with FCA deadlines
Communicate with insurers and third parties regarding client needs
Peer review formal documents before they are sent to clients
Support the non-marine broking team with technical and administrative tasks
Stay up to date on regulatory changes and market developments
Assist with multinational and multi-layer accounts.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in the insurance industry, including the (Wholesale) London Markets
Experience in slip and endorsement production
Experience with multi-national accounts
Experience of D&O covers is a prerequisite, whilst additional knowledge of Financial Lines covers is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage and track workload efficiently
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Basic Microsoft Office skills
A-levels or equivalent
