Level: Head of (senior contributor / people leader, non-Director) About the Role We're looking for an experienced Head of Communications to support the delivery of our global communications strategy, working closely with the Head of Attraction and Belonging.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can move fluidly between internal comms and external PR, and who can lead a small team while still being close to the work.
You'll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, a strong storyteller, and someone who can translate complex or sensitive topics into clear, consistent messaging for audiences across a global organisation.
We are happy to consider different type of working arrangements for this position.
Working part-time or flexibly if preferred.
