Digital Marketing is a team, sitting across the UWC Division of PIB Group. There are 5 brands within the division, covering a variety of insurance products from Pet and Motor to Childcare and Healthcare. As a UX Researcher, you will be working closely with product managers, designers, and developers to identify and prioritise research opportunities to satisfy both business and user goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan, gather, and analyse insights about users through new studies and reviews of existing data.
- Compile finished, well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for internal consumption.
- Manage, execute, and analyse usability sessions, with support from other team members.
- Take full ownership of all UX research and run multiple streams of work at one time.
- Create a UX research roadmap for continuous improvement across the product.
- Advise on the most appropriate research methods based on your experience.
- Conduct competitor and exemplar analysis.
- Conduct workshops with internal stakeholders to align business needs.
- Be the voice of the user on your team, alongside the Product Managers, ensuring that the products we deliver solve the customers’ problems while meeting commercial goals.
- Be able to influence product and design decisions with excellent interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience within UX research and remote testing tools.
- Ability to quickly and effectively share research results and formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions.
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions.
- Experience with user groups and feedback sessions.
- A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude.
- Proven competency in data analytics and qualitative aspects of UX research.
