We are recruiting for a Premium Finance Administrator to join our central services Finance Team based in Retford for a fixed term of 6 months. After training, there is an opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. Working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Location: The office is based near Retford Train Station, offering excellent transport links by train, car, or bus. Free car parking is available on site.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Using our client broking system called Applied Epic
  • Investigating and reconciling historical remittances
  • Answering queries and providing signposting to internal broking teams
  • Liaising with and providing support to key stakeholders around ongoing loan applications
  • Investigating problematic agreements and processing communications to and from the loan provider
  • Logging breaches and maintaining audit logs
  • Handling email or telephone queries from the Finance Team and wider business

Experience

  • Prior knowledge of Applied Epic is highly desirable
  • Proven Excel skills and knowledge
  • Keen to learn and progress, confident and passionate about accounts
  • Understanding and comfortable with dealing with financial terms and research
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude, natural problem solver, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
