We have an exciting opportunity within our Employee Benefits marketing team for a motivated individual to take on a role that will support lead generation and nurturing. In this role you will help support both our Marketing and Sales teams to deliver their key objectives, while you are being supported by our fantastic Learning & Development team in your training.
Responsibilities:
- Drive our email marketing campaigns – across newsletters, product campaigns and external advertisements
- Design and develop automated sales enablement flows to increase conversion and support sales follow-up
- Support on the distribution of our internal communications
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and initiate opportunities
- Ensure our CRM is kept up-to-date with contact activity, as required
- Collaborate with wider Group stakeholders on cross-selling marketing initiatives
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to deliver cross-function activities
Experience & Attributes:
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
- Experience using an email marketing platform (we use Campaign Monitor) and creating automated communication flows
- Able to engage and build relationships internally and externally with various partners
- Highly organised and someone who can juggle multiple deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Ambitious, driven and shows initiative
- Positive attitude to learning and immersing in our industry and business
Desirable Experience:
- 2+ years experience in a B2B marketing role
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits/General Insurance
- Understanding and awareness of compliance and FCA regulation
