Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You will be required to provide excellent customer service to our existing policy holders dealing with queries via inbound and outbound calls. You'll play a key part in supporting the sales team to retain business and to generate additional income at every opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
